Lent is just around the corner. Here are two directives from the Archdiocese worthy of sharing with all Catholics. The first concerns the usual rules and regulations for fasting and abstinence The second notice grants all Catholics permission to eat meat on Friday, March 17, the Feast of St. Patrick. The rules for abstinence is relaxed as well.
