In the Diary of Elizabeth Kindelmann’s revelations from Our Lady, her entry of April 10, 1962 states that Jesus gave instructions on how each day of the week should be allocated:

Jesus: “My daughter, I’m now going to specify how each day of the week should be allocated. . . . Come, if you have time. If you have plenty of it, tell Me. The decision is yours. I respect your free will completely. You flatter Me if you abandon it spontaneously to Me.

Last week, I wrote a bit about THE FLAME OF LOVE Devotion, which is a Church-approved apparition which is a continuation of the messages at Fatima. On the facing page is a schedule for prayers and practices to save the souls of family members and to deliver souls from Purgatory.

If we practice these devotions, then we are also promised that when we die, if we go to Purgatory we will spend at most only EIGHT DAYS there!

Some clarifications:

FASTING: We can eat abundant bread with salt. We can take vitamins, medicines, and what we need for health. We can drink abundant water. We should not eat to enjoy. Whoever keeps the fast should do so until at least 6:00 p.m. In this case (if they stop at 6:00 p.m.), they should recite five decades of the Rosary for holy souls. There are some people who should not try a bread and water fast because of age, illness, medical conditions, or other restrictions. If it is too difficult for you to do, please do not be discouraged. You can find another way to keep the spirit of loving sacrifice intended by the fast.

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION: St. Thomas Aquinas called spiritual communions “an ardent desire to receive Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament and in lovingly embracing Him as if we had actually received Him.” Offer a spiritual communion, one by one, for each person. Our Lady will place these souls under her protection.

NIGHT VIGIL: Awaking in the middle of the night for some period of prayer, preferably at 3 a.m. (Ask your Guardian Angel to wake you up!)
